I am a body goals girl, and my plan for this year is to take care of my self. In order do that I have set up some rules so it’s easier on me mentally as well!
I’ve been working out consistently since July with great results- most people don’t even recognize that i’m eating healthy because they can see how much harder their bodies look compared mine (and theirs). My goal right now but there are still those pesky flab pockets around your midsection/thighs area. How about them apples?

Fitness Journey But its Rewarding When You See Progress

I’m а ѕіnglе mоm wіth twо kidѕ, іt’ѕ hаrd to find the time for myself. But I know that this is just one of those things we all have on our plate so here goes nothing!
I’m currently struggling through my fitness journey but its rewarding when you see progress being made right before your eyes after each workout session or at least thats how i feel anyways. My favorite part about reaching these milestones are MRIs where they show exactly what kind effects certain moves/exercises had not only physically speaking either mentally which makes total sense considering research shows brain health impacts everything from moods & memory functions too mental illnesses such as depression.

The old adage “beauty is in the eye of beholder” could not be more true when it comes to weight loss goals. Some people may perceive being thin as attractive and others see tubby with a beer belly
